We will take the time to understand what is important to you and what your ideal outcome is. We will identify the relevant legal issues and provide you with practical advice on your options, prospects, and recommended next steps.
You will walk away with confidence and clarity on where you stand, and peace of mind on how to move forward.
The consultation runs for up to one hour via Microsoft Teams.
Following your consultation, we will send you a written summary of our discussion and recommended next steps via email.
What’s Included:
- Expert review of up to three relevant workplace documents – for example a termination letter, employment contract, or timeline of events
- Up to one hour of tailored legal advice with one of our experienced employment lawyers via Microsoft Teams
- A written recap summarising our discussion and recommended next steps
Our consultations give you tangible value, equipping you to protect your workplace rights and rediscover your voice in the workplace.
What’s Not Included
If you would like us to review additional documents beyond the three included in your consultation, additional costs will apply. Simply send us the material you would like reviewed and we will provide you with an upfront quote before any work begins.
If after your consultation you would like to engage us to assist with the ongoing management of your workplace matter, we will provide you with a separate upfront quote for your consideration.
Extra Advice and Support:
If you require additional reviews of the employment contract (example, because your employer gives you a re-write) or you would like us to assist you with negotiating directly with your employer on your behalf, additional costs will apply. These will be set out in a Scope and Price customised to your specific needs and circumstances.
