We will have a conversation, listening carefully to your needs and objectives to work out what matters most to you.
After exploring the legal matter with an employment lawyer, we will be in a position to discuss a range of options.
Your employment lawyer will then consider how we can best meet your needs and objectives.
This involves presenting you with a selection of packages in a Scope and Price Proposal, which will outline a series of options available to you.
If you are happy with the Scope and Price Proposal and wish to proceed with one of the options, we will provide you with a formal Client Agreement for signing.
This confirms the agreed scope of work, price and general terms of engagement.
We understand that sometimes circumstances can change throughout the life of a legal matter or take on a new direction. This can be common with litigious matters, as there are many elements that cannot be predicted in advance.
If this occurs, a re-vamp of the scope of work will be required. We’ll follow the same process as before, discussing your requirements in detail, before providing you with a Revised Scope and Price Proposal (each stage with a fixed price). If you wish to proceed, you will then be provided with a revised formal Client Agreement to complete.
